About the Role
"Catch Your Happiness" is seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and dynamic Media & Entertainment Coordination Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates from a Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related background who are passionate about content, audience engagement, and event coordination.
The intern will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing engaging entertainment sessions and virtual activities for our Elder community. Working closely with the leadership team, this role offers hands-on experience in media coordination, virtual event management, and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage online entertainment sessions and engagement activities.
- Work closely with the department head to plan and execute creative entertainment initiatives.
- Assist in organizing virtual events, interactive sessions, and community engagement programs.
- Manage and operate Zoom sessions, including scheduling, hosting support, and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams, speakers, performers, and facilitators to ensure smooth event execution.
- Develop ideas for engaging and meaningful entertainment content tailored to our Elder community.
- Maintain event schedules, participant records, and post-session feedback.
Required Skills
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of virtual platforms, especially Zoom.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Creative thinking and an interest in entertainment, media, and audience engagement.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and leadership.
- Basic knowledge of event management and digital communication tools.
Internship Benefits
- Monthly stipend of ₹5,000 to ₹7,000, based on performance.
