Job Title: 3D Visualizer
Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to develop high-quality 3D models, photorealistic renderings, and walkthroughs for architectural projects. Candidates with experience in building projects (residential, commercial, or institutional) will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs from architectural drawings.
- Apply realistic materials, lighting, and textures.
- Coordinate with architects and designers to deliver high-quality visualizations.
- Revise outputs based on project and client feedback.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Animation, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer.
- Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, AutoCAD/Revit, and Photoshop.
- Strong portfolio of architectural visualization work.
- Experience in building projects is preferred.
