Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Freelance Life Insurance Advisor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer financial needs, and helping clients choose suitable life insurance policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers for life insurance plans.
- Explain policy features, benefits, and coverage details to clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Generate leads through personal networking, referrals, and social media.
- Assist clients with documentation and policy processing.
- Follow up with existing clients for renewals and additional services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic understanding of insurance products and financial planning.
- Ability to work independently and manage clients.
- Sales or insurance experience is preferred.
- Graduate or HSC pass candidates can apply.
