We are looking for an experienced HRIS Specialist to manage, optimize, and enhance enterprise HR systems with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HRIS implementation, system administration, HR analytics, payroll integrations, and process automation while ensuring data integrity, compliance, and seamless HR operations.
- Administer, configure, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors and related HR systems.
- Implement and support SuccessFactors modules such as ATS, Compensation, Leave, and other HR solutions.
- Manage workflows, roles, permissions, organizational structures, and system configurations.
- Support system upgrades, testing, enhancements, and issue resolution.
- Integrate HRIS with Payroll, Time & Attendance, and other enterprise applications.
- Identify and implement HR process automation and system improvements.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into HR technology solutions.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and workforce analytics using SAP SuccessFactors Reporting, Power BI, and Advanced Excel.
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance with HR policies and regulatory standards.
- Provide HRIS training, user support, documentation, and troubleshooting.
- Support internal/external audits and maintain HR data security and confidentiality.
- 1012 years of HRIS implementation and administration experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience implementing SuccessFactors modules (ATS, Compensation, Leave, etc.).
- Experience with Payroll and Time & Attendance integrations.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Advanced Excel, and HR reporting.
- Exposure to ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Document Management solutions.
- Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of HR compliance, audit controls, and data privacy regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Experience working in a Global Capability Center (GCC) environment.
- Experience driving HR technology transformation and process automation.
