EMC Healthcare Services is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HR Fresher to join our growing Healthcare Recruitment team in Choolaimedu, Chennai.
Job Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Maintain candidate databases and HR records.
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations.
Requirements
Any Graduate (MBA HR preferred)
Freshers are welcome to apply
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Immediate joiners preferred
