Required Civil Engineer Landscape Finishing Works
Years of Experience: 3–8 Years
Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering.
Budget: 4-7 L PA with compliance
Job Location: Ghokopar
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise landscape-related civil and finishing works at project sites.
- Execute pathways, paving, kerb stones, decking, retaining walls, planters, irrigation, pergolas, water features, and hardscape works.
- Read drawings, BOQs, and coordinate with architects, contractors, and project teams.
- Ensure quality, safety, timely project completion, and budget compliance.
- Prepare site progress reports and verify material quantities.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in landscaping, hardscape, finishing, or exterior civil works preferred.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, BOQ reading, and site execution.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel across Mumbai project sites.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
