Job Title: Telecalling Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers and prospects.
- Explain company products and services.
- Generate leads and schedule meetings.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain customer database and call records.
- Resolve customer queries and provide support.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Customer handling and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Qualification:
- Graduate/12th
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or collections preferred.
