The Manager will manage administrative, documentation, and coordination responsibilities for the firm, with a focus on drafting, record keeping, client communication, follow-up, and support in legal and compliance matters. The position requires strong discipline, confidentiality, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a professional services office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office correspondence, emails, notices, and professional communications.
- Draft and format letters, replies, notices, agreements, affidavits, petitions, and other documentation as required.
- Maintain client files, case records, statutory documents, and internal trackers.
- Coordinate with clients for document collection, pending queries, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing submissions and compilation of papers for tax, GST, compliance, and legal matters.
- Track deadlines, hearings, filings, renewals, and important compliance dates.
- Liaise with advocates, consultants, government departments, banks, and other external parties when required.
- Support senior management in office administration and process management.
- Ensure confidentiality of client information and firm records.
- Maintain discipline in workflow, task allocation, and timely completion of assignments.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
