Job Summary
We are hiring Customer Care Executives for our Night Shift Outbound Voice Process. The role involves making outbound calls to customers, providing information about products and services, addressing customer queries, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable working night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers based on assigned campaigns.
- Provide information regarding products, services, offers, or account-related matters.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Follow call scripts and quality guidelines.
- Update customer information accurately in CRM systems.
- Maintain call quality standards and achieve productivity targets.
- Escalate customer concerns when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Comfortable working in night shifts.

- Shift: Night Shift
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Rotational Week Offs, if applicable)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,168.24 per month
