We are looking for a highly skilled and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital marketing initiatives and help drive user acquisition, engagement, and brand visibility.
Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role requires strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and hands-on expertise in performance marketing to drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage integrated digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising channels.
- Drive lead generation and user acquisition through targeted digital campaigns.
- Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Improve website performance through SEO best practices and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to create compelling digital assets and campaigns.
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and related platforms.
- Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to continuously improve campaign performance and ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends, search engine algorithm changes, and emerging digital marketing platforms and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing with hands-on exposure to campaign management and performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio/Data Studio, and related reporting tools.
- Good understanding of email marketing, content marketing, and social media strategy.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and project management skills.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or CMS platforms like WordPress is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or related marketing platforms.
- Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or Mailchimp.
- Copywriting and storytelling abilities for engaging digital campaigns.
- Interest or background in Islamic finance or fintech is a plus.
