Job Overview
We are hiring enthusiastic Trainee Engineers to join our Quality and Inspection team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh Diploma or Engineering graduates who are eager to start their careers in the manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience in quality assurance and inspection processes.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 2024, 2025 & 2026 Pass-Outs Preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Compare General Arrangement Drawings (GAD), Sales Order Schedule, and Bill of Materials (BOM) to identify discrepancies.
- Withdraw Material Test Certificates (MTCs) and verify Heat Numbers as per heat annexure.
- Review and verify testing reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure proper Heat Number identification and traceability on components.
- Conduct final inspection of valves as per approved GAD and BOM.
- Prepare Final Inspection Reports (FIRs).
- Compile and maintain Final Quality Dossiers for customer submission and internal records.
