About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional executive leader and institution builder to serve as our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO will lead the organisation through its next phase of growth and transformation, strengthening it into a highly professional, resilient, and sustainable institution built to thrive for generations. The CEO will ensure that growth is grounded in strong governance, organisational excellence, and long-term sustainability, while remaining deeply committed to the organisation’s core mission and unwavering in its commitment to upholding human dignity.
Core Accountabilities
- Mission & Strategic Leadership: Translate the Board's vision into a focused strategy; ensure purposeful growth without mission drift.
- Institution Building: Develop the governance, structures, and processes required to ensure long-term resilience and independence from any single leader.
- Organisational Performance: Integrate clinical, education, advocacy, and research operations under a unified strategy with high standards of accountability.
- People & Leadership: Build a high-performing senior leadership team, foster distributed leadership, and champion a culture of compassion, collaboration, and high performance.
- Financial Sustainability & Resource Mobilisation: Build a financially resilient, ethically independent organization; cultivate strategic donor and government relationships.
- External Leadership & Influence: Serve as principal ambassador nationally and internationally.
SpecificationEssential Experience
- Significant senior leadership experience in healthcare, public health, social impact, or a comparable mission-driven organization.
- Proven track record leading a complex, multidisciplinary organization through growth, transformation, or institutional strengthening.
- Demonstrated experience working effectively with Boards, government bodies, donors, and strategic partners.
- Hands-on experience in financial management, team development, and building scalable operational systems.

Pay: Up to ₹200,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Manacaud, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
