- Procure competitive Sea Export (FCL & LCL) freight rates from shipping lines, NVOCCs, and overseas partners.
- Negotiate freight rates, free days, service contracts, and commercial terms with carriers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shipping lines, NVOCCs, overseas agents, and logistics partners.
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations within the required turnaround time.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams to provide customized pricing solutions based on customer requirements.
- Participate in RFQs, tenders, and annual rate negotiations for strategic customers.
- Monitor market trends, freight fluctuations, vessel schedules, and capacity to ensure competitive pricing.
- Maintain and update freight tariffs, carrier contracts, and pricing databases.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring service quality and operational efficiency.
- Resolve pricing-related queries and support internal stakeholders with commercial information.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and agreed commercial terms.
