Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 gross per month + Performance Incentives + ₹3,000 Travelling Allowance

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Floater Associate Dentist who can provide exceptional patient care while supporting multiple Toothsi centres across Mumbai and MMR.
The selected candidate will cover our Borivali, Andheri, Dadar, Ghatkopar, Thane, and Kharghar centres based on operational requirements, planned leaves, weekly offs, increased patient demand, and business requirements.
The role will also involve participating in marketing campaigns, BTL activities, and dental camps to support customer acquisition and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities Clinical Responsibilities
- Conduct dental consultations and intraoral scans for aligner treatments.
- Educate patients about clear aligners, oral hygiene products, and teeth whitening solutions.
- Perform routine dental procedures including scaling, fillings, and OPG.
- Assist Orthodontists during aligner treatment procedures.
- Learn and independently execute aligner delivery protocols.
- Manage emergency dental appointments whenever required.
- Ensure high standards of patient care and clinical excellence.
Centre Operations
- Support the daily functioning of assigned Toothsi centres.
- Handle patient appointments, consultations, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Resolve patient concerns and escalations professionally.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
- Coordinate with clinic teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Travel & Centre Coverage
- Travel across Toothsi centres within Mumbai & MMR based on operational requirements.
- Centres covered:
- Borivali
- Andheri
- Dadar
- Ghatkopar
- Thane
- Kharghar
- One day, one centre – the dentist will be assigned to one centre for the day and will not be required to travel between multiple centres on the same day.
- ₹3,000 monthly travelling allowance will be provided towards travel requirements.
Campaign & BTL Activities
- Participate in campaigns, BTL activities, dental camps, and customer engagement initiatives organized by makeO toothsi.
- Conduct dental consultations and basic screening during campaigns and promotional activities.
- Support customer lead generation and create awareness about Toothsi's dental and aligner solutions.
- Engage with potential customers and explain treatment options and aligner solutions.
- Represent the brand professionally during outdoor activities and promotional events.
Candidate Profile
- BDS degree with a valid Dental Council registration.
- 0–2 years of clinical experience; freshers with strong clinical skills may also apply.
- Comfortable travelling within Mumbai & MMR.
- Willingness to participate in campaigns, BTL activities, and dental camps.
- Excellent communication and patient consultation skills.
- Customer-centric with a consultative and sales-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail healthcare environment.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
Working Details
- Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Week Off: Rotational (Weekday only; no weekend offs)
- Work Mode: In-person
- Centre Coverage: Borivali, Andheri, Dadar, Ghatkopar, Thane & Kharghar
- Travelling Allowance: ₹3,000 per month
- Travel: Mandatory within Mumbai & MMR based on business requirements
- Campaign/BTL: Participation required as per business requirements
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
