We are looking for a motivated and experienced Immigration Counselor to join our team in Mohali. The candidate should have strong communication skills and prior experience in handling immigration or visa consultation.
Key Responsibilities
- Clients ko immigration process ke baare me guide karna
- Visa options explain karna (Canada, Australia, UK, etc.)
- Client queries handle karna (call, walk-in, follow-ups)
- Documentation process me assist karna
- Sales targets achieve karna
- Client data maintain karna
Requirements
- Minimum 2 to 5 years experience in immigration field
- Good communication skills (English + Hindi)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)
- Target-oriented & confident personality
