Position: MEP Engineer – Plumbing
Experience: 4 to 7 Years
Education: BE / B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Location: Bangaluru
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- System Design & Execution: Oversee internal/external water supply, drainage, sewerage, and storm-water systems.
- Site Supervision: Monitor day-to-day installation, pressure testing, and commissioning activities on-site.
- Drawing Coordination: Review and prepare plumbing shop drawings, schematic diagrams, and as-built plans.
- Material & BOQ: Handle quantity take-offs, plumbing BOQ preparation, and material inspections.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with architectural and structural teams to clear site clashes.
Required Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D).
- Working knowledge of Revit MEP / BIM is a strong advantage.
- Thorough understanding of NBC codes, local building codes, and safety standards.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
