Key Responsibilities:
- Visit retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and other assigned outlets regularly.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Take orders and ensure timely product delivery through distributors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Ensure proper product visibility, display, and merchandising at outlets.
- Monitor stock availability and identify fast- and slow-moving products.
- Implement company schemes, promotions, and trade offers in the market.
- Identify new outlets and expand market coverage.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and new product launches.
- Collect market feedback and share it with the reporting manager.
- Ensure proper execution of company sales and distribution plans.
- Maintain daily visit reports, sales reports, and other required records.
- Follow company policies regarding collections, credit, and market discipline.
