About FUBS:
FUBS is a fast-growing D2C jewelry and gifting brand. We are looking for an E-commerce Growth Manager who can manage and grow our website, Amazon, and quick commerce platforms.
This role is not just about product listing. We need someone who can improve sales, optimize listings, plan offers, track performance, coordinate inventory, and grow revenue across online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales on FUBS website, Marketplaces, and quick commerce platforms.
- Handle product listings, catalog updates, titles, keywords, images, pricing, and offers.
- Improve product visibility, conversion, and ranking across platforms.
- Coordinate with creative, marketing, inventory, dispatch, and operations teams.
- Track best-selling products, low-performing products, stock issues, and platform performance.
- Plan platform-wise offers, campaigns, and growth experiments.
- Monitor competitors, pricing, reviews, ratings, and customer response.
- Prepare weekly sales and performance reports with clear action points.
Required Skills
- Should be hands-on with Marketplace Seller Dashboards and Marketplace Management.
- Experience with Shopify or D2C website management.
- Knowledge of product listing optimization, keyword research, pricing, and offers.
- Good understanding of Excel / Google Sheets and sales reporting.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and take ownership.
- Basic understanding of ads, promotions, and e-commerce growth.
Good to Have
- Experience with Quick Commerce and Marketplace Management.
- Experience in jewelry, fashion, beauty, gifting, or lifestyle category.
- Experience in a fast-growing D2C brand.
