We are looking for a creative and energetic Graphic Designer cum Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in graphic design and capable of handling customer calls, lead generation, and promotional follow-ups.
Experience:
1–3 years preferred, freshers with relevant creative skills may also apply.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Design social media posts, posters, banners, flyers, and promotional materials.
- Create engaging visual content for digital and print media.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications.
Telecalling
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and business leads.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products/services.
- Follow up on leads, appointments, and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain customer databases and call records.
Requirements
✔ Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, or similar design software.
✔ Social media marketing and management.
✔ Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer service.
✔ Ability to multitask and work independently.
✔ Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
✔ Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.) is an added advantage.
✔ Understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles.
✔ Knowledge of print production and digital media formats.

Qualification
- Diploma, Degree, or Certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
