We are looking for a Sales & Client Relations Executive who will handle incoming leads, explain our products and services, and maintain proper follow-ups with clients. The role involves communication with customers interested in coffee machines, café consultation, opportunities, workshops, and related services.
The candidate should be confident in speaking, organised in follow-ups, and comfortable handling calls, WhatsApp, and email communication.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Handling
Call all incoming leads and explain company products and services.
Handle inquiries related to coffee machines, café setup, consultation, and workshops.
Maintain proper follow-up until the lead is closed or completed.
Update lead status daily.
Client Communication
Explain machine models, pricing, and features clearly.
Explain consultation process and café setup services.
Explain partnership model when required.
Coordinate with management for detailed discussions.
Maintain professional communication at all times.
Sales Support
Assist in closing machine sales and consultation deals.
Prepare basic quotations and share details with clients.
Coordinate with operations and design team when needed.
Support workshops and events when required.
Client Relations
Maintain good relationship with existing clients.
Respond to customer queries quickly.
Ensure proper communication between client and company.
Keep records of all conversations.
Reporting
Maintain lead sheets / CRM / Excel updates daily.
Report daily calls and follow-ups.
Track conversions and pending leads.
Maintain proper documentation.
Requirements
Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Kannada preferred).
Comfortable speaking on phone and WhatsApp.
Basic knowledge of sales or customer handling.
Organised and responsible.
Willing to learn about coffee machines, café business.
Freshers with good communication can apply.
