We are looking for a relentless, self-motivated Client Acquisition Specialist to help us connect with traditional businesses across India and show them the power of a modern digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary objective is simple: Get traditional businesses in India to partner with us for their website and digital growth needs.
- Cold Outreach: Actively reach out to traditional business owners via cold calling, cold emailing, and cold messaging (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Lead Generation: Identify, research, and build a pipeline of potential clients who desperately need a digital upgrade.
- Relationship Building: Initiate conversations, understand their business pain points, and pitch our fast-delivery website solutions.
- Deal Closing: Follow up consistently, handle objections, and secure partnerships.
What We Are Looking For
- 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, client acquisition, or business development.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Hindi (ability to talk to Indian business owners confidently is a must).
- Basic Tech Awareness: You don’t need to code, but you must understand why a modern, fast website is crucial for a business's growth.
Compensation & Growth Path
We believe in rewarding performance heavily. We have structured this role to help you write your own paycheck early on, transitioning into stable, long-term employment.
- Months 1 & 2 (Incentive-Only Probation): You will receive exceptionally high incentives/commissions for every single client you close. There is no cap on what you can earn during these two months—the harder you work, the more you make.
- Month 3 Onwards (Fixed + Incentives): Based on your performance in the first two months, you will transition to a competitive fixed monthly salary plus an ongoing incentive structure.
