Job Description:
Arbor Academy is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR associate to support recruitment activities and help attract top talent for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Conduct initial HR screening calls
Handle salary negotiation and candidate follow-ups
Conduct employee induction and support onboarding activities
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
Assist in joining formalities and employee documentation
Basic knowledge job portals & recruitment tools
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year
