Responsible for managing the complete order processing cycle from order receipt to dispatch, ensuring timely and accurate execution. Coordinate with Sales, CAD, Production, Inventory, QC, Dispatch, and Accounts teams, maintain order records, resolve operational issues, and ensure on-time delivery. Monitor and manage the ERP/Order Management System (OMS), prepare MIS reports, and improve process efficiency. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in Order Processing or Order Management in the jewelry industry, with hands-on ERP experience, strong knowledge of jewelry manufacturing processes, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and excellent coordination and team management skills.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
