About This Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled BMC Helix Developer to join our team and take ownership of the development, integration & deployment of BMC Remedy/Helix ITSM applications in enterprise environments. In this role, you will work across the full application lifecycle — from design and development to integration and support — ensuring the platform is aligned with business processes and ITIL best practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable ITSM solutions.
What You Will Do
- Develop, configure, and customize BMC Remedy AR System (ARS 8.0+) and BMC Remedy ITSM Suite modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, SRM, SLM, and Knowledge Management
- Manage Foundation Data — including creation, updates, and deletion — and configure ITSM components end-to-end
- Administer Remedy Server and Mid-Tier — covering AR Server, Approval Server, Email Engine, Reporting, and Audit Logging configuration
- Perform installation, upgrades, feature design, development, and data loads for BMC Remedy/Helix applications
- Build and maintain integrations with third-party and B2B systems; lead migrations and consolidation of disparate systems into an enterprise ITSM infrastructure
- Provide technical support across the Remedy Suite — including ADDM, BCM, CMDB, and Asset Management — across production, test, and development environments
- Manage Change Management approvals, assignments, notification mechanisms, SLM, and end-to-end CM lifecycle
- Perform bug fixes, workflow enhancements, and troubleshoot applications at workflow and database levels
- Translate business requirements into application designs using best-practice technical solutions; create and maintain design specifications and architectural diagrams
- Support all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
What You Will Bring
Hands-on development experience with BMC Remedy AR System and BMC/Helix ITSM applications- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL
- Strong understanding of third-party and B2B integration architecture with Remedy
- Experience with enterprise migrations and consolidation of ITSM platforms
- Ability to create and maintain architectural diagrams, design specifications, and process documentation
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- End-to-end architecture visibility with the ability to understand application, integration, and infrastructure dependencies
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability in delivering solutions and resolving issues
