Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor multiple showrooms.
- Achieve sales and operational targets.
- Conduct regular and surprise showroom visits.
- Lead, coach, and support showroom managers and staff.
- Ensure SOP compliance and excellent customer service.
- Analyze performance and implement improvement plans.
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
