We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Executive Assistant to work closely with the Founder and support day-to-day business operations, coordination, communication, and task management. This role requires someone who can handle multiple responsibilities, maintain confidentiality, and ensure smooth execution of priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, ownership mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage tasks independently without constant follow-ups.

Manage the Founder's daily schedule, meetings, reminders, and appointments

Coordinate internal and external meetings

Handle follow-ups and ensure important tasks are completed on time

Prioritize schedules based on urgency and business requirements

Communication & Coordination

Act as a point of contact between the Founder and internal teams/clients

Draft emails, messages, meeting notes, and professional communications

Coordinate with departments for updates, task tracking, and execution

Ensure smooth information flow across teams

Operations & Task Management

Track ongoing projects, deadlines, and pending tasks

Maintain reports, documents, spreadsheets, and records

Assist in preparing presentations, documents, and business materials
