Job Summary
The Senior Service Technician is responsible for installation support, commissioning, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and breakdown servicing of industrial refrigeration systems. The role involves working at customer sites as well as providing technical support from the office, ensuring reliable plant performance and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of refrigeration systems with Ammonia & Freon refrigerants.
- Troubleshoot compressors, condensers, evaporators, pumps, valves, controls, and electrical systems.
- Attend breakdown calls and ensure timely fault resolution.
- Monitor plant performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Supervise junior technicians and site activities.
- Prepare service reports, commissioning reports, and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with customers, project teams, and spare parts departments.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

Qualification & Experience
- ITI (RAC/Fitter/Electrician) or Diploma in Mechanical/Refrigeration Engineering.
- 5–15 years of experience in industrial refrigeration projects and service activities.
- Experience in ammonia refrigeration systems preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
