We are looking for passionate, empathetic, and clinically sound Clinical Nutritionists to join our growing healthcare team in Thane.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct telephonic consultations with participants enrolled in wellness and disease management programs.
- Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments based on medical history, lifestyle, laboratory reports, dietary habits, and health goals.
- Develop personalized, practical, and evidence-based diet plans.
- Counsel participants on weight management, diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, obesity, PCOS, cardiovascular diseases, and other lifestyle disorders.
- Monitor participant progress and modify nutrition plans according to clinical outcomes.
- Motivate participants through behavioural counselling and lifestyle coaching.
- Educate participants on healthy eating habits, portion control, label reading, meal planning, and sustainable lifestyle modifications.
- Maintain accurate consultation records and update patient information in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals whenever required.
- Ensure high participant satisfaction through effective communication and timely follow-ups.
- Meet consultation quality standards, productivity targets, and documentation requirements.
- Stay updated with current nutrition guidelines and evidence-based practices.
Eligibility:
Educational Qualification-
- B.Sc. in Nutrition / Dietetics / Food Science
- M.Sc. in Clinical Nutrition / Dietetics / Food Science & Nutrition
- PG Diploma in Clinical Nutrition or Dietetics
- Certified Diabetes Educator/ Weight loss expert will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- 1–2 years of clinical nutrition counselling experience will be preferred.
- Experience in teleconsultation or patient counselling is an advantage.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT)
- Excellent counselling and motivational interviewing skills
- Good understanding of lifestyle diseases
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency and documentation skills
- Ability to build rapport with participants
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Positive attitude with a patient-centric approach
Language Requirements:
Candidates should be fluent in:
- English
- Hindi
- Marathi or any regional language (preferred)
Job Details:
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month
- Job Type: Full-time
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Location: Thane, Mumbai - Pick up & Drop to Thane Station will be provided
- Work Mode: 100% Work from Office (No Work From Home / No Remote / No Hybrid)
Important Eligibility Criteria:
- Only candidates currently residing in Mumbai or nearby areas are eligible to apply.
- Candidates willing to relocate immediately to Mumbai may also apply.
- Applications from outside Mumbai without relocation plans will not be considered.
- This is an in-office role, and candidates must be comfortable working from our Thane office on all working days.
