Key Responsibilities:
Install, commission, and service machines at customer sites.
Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting support for machine issues.
Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance.
Coordinate with internal technical teams for complex repairs.
Conduct machine testing and ensure proper functioning before handover.
Maintain service reports, installation records, and customer feedback.
Provide training to customers on machine operation and maintenance.
Ensure timely response and resolution of service calls.
Requirements:
Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in service, maintenance, or field engineering.
Knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery, and basic electrical understanding.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel for customer service visits.
