Job Description:
We are looking for a Service Engineer to handle installation and maintenance of IT and office automation equipment. The role involves providing technical support and ensuring smooth functioning of client systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation of computer hardware and software systems
- Service and maintenance of printers and photocopiers
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Providing on-site technical support to clients
- Ensuring timely resolution of service requests
- Basic documentation of service activities
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of hardware and networking
- Understanding of printer/photocopier servicing preferred
- Willingness to travel to client locations
- Good problem-solving skills
- Freshers with technical knowledge can also apply
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
