We are hiring a Sourcing Manager for a leading real estate mandate firm (Exclusive Sales Partner).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow channel partner (broker) network
- Generate leads and drive site visits for assigned projects
- Conduct field activities and Open House events
- Maintain strong knowledge of project pricing, payment plans, and amenities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Update lead progress and broker activities in CRM tools like Salesforce
Requirements:
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in real estate sales/sourcing
- Strong broker networking and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of Mumbai Western Line markets
- Target-driven and proactive approach
- Two-wheeler mandatory
