The Business Development Executive is responsible for generating leads, converting enquiries into admissions/sales, and maintaining continuous follow-up with prospects to achieve business targets. The role focuses on counselling, relationship building, and closing conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact and follow up with all leads (calls, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins).
Understand customer/student requirements and provide proper counselling.
Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions/sales.
Maintain daily follow-up records and update CRM/lead tracking sheets.
Achieve monthly and yearly conversion targets.
Coordinate with the marketing and academic team for campaigns and promotions.
Handle objections and close deals professionally.
Provide daily reports on lead status, conversions, and pending follow-ups.
Build strong relationships with students, parents, and clients.
Skills & Requirements:
Excellent communication and counselling skills.
Target-oriented and result-driven mindset.
Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, and lead management.
Experience in education marketing/sales is an advantage.
