About the Role
Community Action Through Motivation Programme (CAMP) is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the day-to-day Human Resource functions of the organization. The ideal candidate should possess sound knowledge of HR operations, statutory compliance, employee records management, and recruitment processes. The role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality while ensuring smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee records.
- Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation.
- Handle recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience certificates, warning letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and manpower records.
- Payroll preparation by ensuring attendance and employee data accuracy.
- Handle PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance documentation.
- Generate UAN, assist employees with PF KYC, and coordinate statutory registrations.
- Maintain and update HR databases and HRMS records.
- Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
- Support performance management, employee engagement, and other HR initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS as required by management.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable labour laws.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or BBA with HR specialization.
- Freshers may apply; candidates with relevant HR experience will be preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic HRMS software.
- Knowledge of PF, ESIC, and labour law compliance will be an added advantage.
