Job Title: Customer Support Trainee

Shift: General Shift (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (1 Weekly Off)
Salary: ₹4,000 – ₹6,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Customer Support Trainees. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build a career in customer support and client coordination. The selected candidates will receive hands-on training in customer communication, CRM management, and sales support.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team to manage customer inquiries and leads.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Respond to customer queries through email and ensure timely communication.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers as assigned.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the sales team when required.
- Maintain daily reports and customer interaction records.
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns by coordinating with internal departments.
- Assist the team with administrative and operational support tasks.
- Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service at all times.
Eligibility

- Any undergraduate or graduate can apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage but not mandatory.
