What You'll Be Doing
· Engaging with customers across phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media
· Resolving queries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
· Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
· Assisting customers with orders, products, and service-related requests
· Becoming the friendly voice of a trusted heritage brand
What We're Looking For
· 1–3+ years of customer service experience
· Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil
· Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
· A positive attitude and customer-first approach
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
· Someone with the enthusiasm, energy, and commitment to grow with the company
