Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and target-oriented candidates for the role of Sales Manager – Home Loan (HL) & Loan Against Property (LAP). The candidate will be responsible for generating business through open market sourcing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate Home Loan & LAP business through open market channels
- Source new customers and maintain client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with customers for documentation and loan processing
- Conduct field sales and business development activities
- Work closely with internal teams for smooth operations
Requirements:
- Experience in HL/LAP sales preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Open market sourcing experience required
- Self-motivated and target-driven candidate
