- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or social media.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Record and maintain customer interactions in the support system.
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully resolved.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and empathetic attitude at all times.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and step-by-step guidance.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with management for service improvement.
- Meet performance targets such as response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate.
