About the Role
My True Match is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media & Content Marketing Associate to strengthen our digital presence and engage our growing audience across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about content creation, social media strategy, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company's presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and Facebook.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content tailored to each platform.
- Develop monthly content calendars and social media campaign plans.
- Monitor audience engagement, follower growth, and key performance metrics.
- Analyze content performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create high-quality content.
- Stay updated with emerging social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and Facebook.
- Basic proficiency in Canva and content creation tools.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and performance tracking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple social media platforms and deadlines effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating reels, short-form videos, and visual content.
- Understanding of branding, storytelling, and audience engagement strategies.
- Interest in startups, relationships, psychology, or consumer-focused brands is a plus.
