We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Listing Executive to manage product listings across online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy, visibility, and a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, upload, and manage product listings across various e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
- Ensure product information, specifications, descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate and up to date.
- Optimize product listings with relevant keywords, titles, and descriptions to improve search visibility and conversions.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to maintain product availability.
- Manage product categorization, attributes, and variations across platforms.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and correct listing errors, missing information, or compliance issues.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and product updates.
- Track product performance, sales trends, and marketplace metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Research competitor listings and industry trends to enhance product positioning.
- Maintain marketplace standards and ensure compliance with platform guidelines and policies.
- Generate periodic reports on listing performance, product visibility, and sales activities.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data management.
- Knowledge of product listing optimization and SEO principles is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple product listings and updates efficiently.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Shopify, or similar platforms will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Freshers with relevant training, certifications, or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in e-commerce operations, catalog management, or marketplace listing is preferred but not mandatory.
