Senior Engineer – Development (Java Fullstack)
Job Title: Technology Analyst / Senior Technology Analyst

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (mandatory)
- Master’s Degree in Engineering (preferred)
Experience & Qualifications
- 3–4 years of total professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing web applications using:
- Angular 7/8 or above with Spring Boot
- J2EE with Spring MVC, Hibernate, Jasper, JSP, Servlets
- Kafka & Microservices
- Exposure to Web Services (SOAP, WS-Security, RESTful) design and development
- Experience in web application deployment and troubleshooting on Web & Application Servers (WebLogic, Tomcat, JBoss)
- Strong background in designing and maintaining back-end components with databases (Oracle 11g or above preferred)
- Familiarity with Software Development and Support functions
- Industry background preferably in Technology, ITES, Shared Services, or Banking
Key Responsibilities
- Design, code, install, test, and maintain software systems (may include shifts based on business criticality)
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and consistency
- Adhere to standard SDLC methodologies to deliver measurable project results on time
- Follow project standards for tools, platforms, methodologies, and controls to ensure efficiency and quality
- Maintain technical documentation updated with latest enhancements/releases
- Assist in reviewing technical architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies
- Work flexibly across different technologies and stages of the software development cycle
- Collaborate as a hardworking team player and quick learner
- Apply excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills (spoken and written)
- Learn and adapt to new technologies to meet evolving business needs in both development and support projects
Certifications
- Technology and domain-specific certifications are a plus
