About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing team.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by gathering business requirements, designing scalable Salesforce solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery. You will collaborate closely with customers, developers, and cross-functional teams while driving Agile best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce solutions.
- Act as the primary liaison between customers, stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Design and recommend Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with developers to support Salesforce integrations with third-party systems.
- Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including user stories, workflows, process maps, and functional specifications.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive continuous optimization.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven organization.
- Hands-on experience working with Salesforce products and platforms.
- Good understanding of Salesforce configuration.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in Salesforce integrations with external systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end projects.
- Excellent English communication skills (B2 level or above).

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
