- Proven experience handling outbound calls to international markets, particularly the US and Canada. - Strong communication skills with a clear, neutral, or North American-accented speaking style. - Ability to make and manage 80+ outbound calls per day while maintaining professionalism and efficiency. - Skilled in lead generation, appointment setting, customer engagement, and sales support activities. - Proficient in CRM systems, call logging, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate customer records. - Results-driven professional with excellent persuasion, objection-handling, and relationship-building abilities
