We are looking for a driven lead generation executive to identify, engage, and qualify prospective clients for our labour law compliance services and SaaS platform. You will be the first point of contact in the sales funnel — building a strong pipeline of SME, mid-market, and enterprise prospects who benefit from BizproutX's compliance solutions. Target profiles: We are particularly interested in candidates with prior experience at compliance- focused organisations such as Teamlease Regtech Aparajita, Simpliance, Greytip, or similar players in the LLC / HR-tech / payroll compliance space.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Pipeline & Prospecting
- Research and identify target companies needing labour law compliance support (Shops & Establishment Act, Factories Act, Contract Labour Act, Minimum Wages Act, etc.)
- Build prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, databases, and industry directories
- Reach out to HR heads, compliance officers, CFOs, and business owners via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp campaigns Lead Qualification & Demos
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads — company size, current compliance setup, pain points, and decision timelines
- Independently conduct product demos and walkthroughs for prospective clients, showcasing the compliance services and SaaS platform
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM Market Intelligence
- Track competitor activity and report market insights
- Identify industries or geographies with high compliance risk/demand (manufacturing, logistics, IT/ITES, construction, hospitality) Collaboration
- Work with the sales and marketing team to refine messaging and outreach sequences
- Provide feedback from prospect conversations to improve service and SaaS positioning Requirements WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Must-Have
- 1–4 years of B2B lead generation, inside sales, or business development experience
- Prior exposure to labour law compliance, HR compliance, payroll, or legal/regulatory services
- Familiarity with organisations like Teamlease Regtech, Simpliance, Legalwiz, Greytip, Keka, Darwinbox, or similar
- Strong spoken and written communication in English and at least one regional language
- Comfort with cold outreach — calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Working knowledge of productivity and outreach tools — Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, Zoho CRM, Google Sheets, Notion, or similar Good to Have
- Understanding of labour laws: Shops & Establishment Act, Contract Labour Act, Minimum Wages Act, Factories Act, Maternity Benefit Act
- Experience selling SaaS or tech-enabled compliance / HR products
- Existing network of HR, legal, or finance contacts in SME or enterprise segments
