Job Summary
Koncept Kreation is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial records. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally, GST, invoicing, and Excel, with the ability to maintain accurate financial documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts in Tally.
- Record and manage journal entries.
- Prepare and manage GST invoices and Proforma Invoices.
- Generate E-Way Bills for dispatches.
- Handle GST-related accounting and documentation.
- Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams for billing and payment records.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Good knowledge of GST.
- Experience with Journal Entries.
- Invoice and Proforma Invoice preparation.
- E-Way Bill generation.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply.
