Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support outside and inside sales activities to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Assist in business development efforts by generating leads through cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Manage existing client accounts with a focus on customer satisfaction, upselling, and retention strategies.
- Conduct product demos and technical sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, update client information, and analyze sales data for strategic planning.
- Develop and implement territory management plans to optimize coverage and identify new market opportunities.
- Support the management team with sales analysis, reporting on performance metrics, and forecasting future sales trends.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales with a strong emphasis on customer service.
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for lead generation and account management.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with effective communication abilities for product demos and client interactions.
- Demonstrated success in territory management and direct sales strategies within a competitive environment.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and develop actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and technology sales is a plus; experience in lead generation and upselling is highly valued.
