We're Hiring | Vulnerability Manager (IT/OT Security)

Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM JST
Are you passionate about cybersecurity and vulnerability management? We are looking for an experienced **Vulnerability Manager** to strengthen our IT & OT security posture and lead enterprise-level vulnerability management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and document all potential OT network assets that may contain vulnerabilities.
* Ensure a thorough scan of all OT network-connected assets to identify existing vulnerabilities.
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive vulnerability management process with clearly defined responsibilities.
* Monitor vulnerability information from trusted sources, including cybersecurity advisories, security bulletins, vendors, and global cyber alerts.
* Analyze newly disclosed vulnerabilities and assess their impact on the organization's IT/OT environment.
* Prioritize vulnerabilities based on risk severity and assign remediation actions to relevant teams.
* Track remediation activities, verify vulnerability fixes, and manage accepted or transferred risks where applicable.
* Maintain and review vulnerability tracking reports regularly and present status updates during review meetings.
* Lead team coordination and support continuous process improvement.
* Ensure **95%+ SLA compliance** for vulnerability identification, verification, and process documentation.
* Drive problem management and continuous security improvements.

* ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Certification
* ISO 27001 Lead Auditor
* CISSP / SSCP

* Equivalent cybersecurity certifications
Experience
5+ years in IT Infrastructure Management
3–5 years in IT/OT Security or Vulnerability Management
