We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for the role of Finacle L1 Support with basic Banking Domain knowledge and hands-on exposure to Finacle support activities.
The candidate will be responsible for providing first-level support for Finacle application issues, user queries, banking operations support, and coordination with functional and technical teams for issue resolution.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic understanding of banking operations, and willingness to work in a fast-paced banking support environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1 support for Finacle application-related issues and user queries.
- Handle ticket logging, issue tracking, and basic troubleshooting activities.
- Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for issue escalation and resolution.
- Support branch users and banking staff during daily operations.
- Monitor application issues and maintain support logs/reports.
- Assist users in Finacle login, transaction, and operational issues.
- Support UAT, migration, and go-live activities whenever required.
- Maintain SLA timelines and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Coordinate with technical teams, functional teams, and banking users.
