Job Title: Customer RelationShip Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Handling – Engage with clients effectively, understand their requirements, and provide professional support.
- Requirement Analysis – Identify customer needs and process them to the appropriate departments such as Journal Support or Content Writing.
- Performance Incentives – Achieving targets consecutively for three months will qualify for incentives and salary increment.
- Collaboration – Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client handover and service delivery.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree completed.
- Strong experience or knowledge in sales and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Proactive, organized, and customer-focused mindset.
Performance Metrics:
- Monthly target achievement.
- Lead conversion rate.
- Client satisfaction and smooth departmental coordination.
- Consistent performance over three months leading to incentive + increment.
