Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging content across multiple social media platforms while helping grow brand awareness, increase audience engagement, and generate quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create engaging content, including posts, captions, reels, stories, and graphics.
- Manage and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to increase engagement.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Plan and manage paid social media campaigns.
- Track performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports.
- Collaborate with designers, content writers, and the marketing team to execute campaigns.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media channels.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices.
Required Skills
- 1-5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with social media scheduling tools.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
- Experience running Meta Ads and LinkedIn campaigns is preferred.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience working with B2B or B2C brands.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing is an advantage.
