Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and responsible Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day operations of the organization. The Assistant Manager will assist in managing administrative activities, coordinating with different departments, supervising staff, monitoring performance, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and contributing to the achievement of organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing daily business operations.
- Supervise and support staff to ensure productivity and quality of work.
- Monitor operational activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution of tasks.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
- Handle customer, client, or stakeholder inquiries professionally.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and staff performance monitoring when required.
- Organize meetings, maintain records, and prepare meeting minutes.
- Identify operational challenges and recommend practical solutions.
- Ensure proper documentation and record management.
- Support management in implementing new projects and organizational initiatives.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in administration, operations, or a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Calicut, Kerala (Calicut)
